At this time, only 12 select rental homes are allowed in our Full Home Management program. Quality and consistency matter from routine maintenance and housekeeping to disaster planning and future infrastructure improvements. We will combine your preferences (including staffing) and your budget needs with our own proven standards to find a perfect fit that works for you. Manage your own home? Our team understands the building process and the logistics involved in turning your home from a construction site to a short-term rental property. Services are available for homeowners who need a vacation themselves, or otherwise must leave island and want to ensure their guests receive transparent care throughout their stay. Estate Management Program
For private residences only, an ideal option for snowbirds who want professional oversight over their private home during their absence. We work within your budget to create a customized program to meet your goals. Per your wishes, we handle periodic maintenance/security checks and oversee on-site projects while working to minimize the costs of upkeep.

We are located in Cruz Bay, St. John, currently, we are moving to a new location. Our office hours M-S, 9-4. We are also available for after-hours emergencies.
